MOTION NO. 10

MOTION: Councillor T. Ridge

That this Committee requests that the hedge/shrubs at the top of Dunawley Grove (address supplied) be removed/pruned back to top of side wall in view of the continuous usage of drug dealing in this area.

REPORT:

The completion of the 2013 Arboriculture Programme as presented to the Clondalkin Area Committee Meeting in December 2012 will recommence in November following the grass cutting season.  While the shrubs at Dunawley Grove were not included in the programme, a review will be undertaken to see if it can be included at this stage.  In the event that it is not feasible, the works will be listed for consideration for the 2014 Arboriculture Programme subject to the availability of resources.
