FILLING OF VACANCY ON SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY ENTERPRISE BOARD FOLLOWING RESIGNATION OF COUNCILLOR T. GILLIGAN FROM THE BOARD (CLLR. M. CORR)

REPLY:

The following report was presented to the Members at the Organisation, Procedure and Finance Committee Meeting held on 19^th September 2013:

"The following item was DEFERRED from the May 2013 OP& F meeting:

Councillor T. Gilligan has tendered his resignation from the South Dublin County Enterprise Board and it is a matter for the Council to appoint a representative to fill the vacancy.

This matter is now before the Members for their consideration."  End of Report to OP&F

It was proposed by Councillor D. Looney, seconded by Councillor P. Cosgrave and AGREED:

'That Councillor M. Corr be nominated to fill the vacancy on the South Dublin County Enterprise Board arising from Councillor T. Gilligan's resignation from the Board.'

This matter is now before the Council for approval.
