QUESTION NO. 3
QUESTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave
"To ask the Manager to have the rear lane of houses 6/8 Glenmore Park cleared of rubbish and household items. Could the Council's litter warden call or leaflet the block of house to warn against fly tipping?"
REPLY:
The Litter Warden examined this site and found that there is no public access to the area as it is a gated laneway. Residents are the only people with access to this laneway. The Litter Warden was able to look at the laneway from the rear of No. 2 & found no litter visible from a public place. The Council can make leaflets Litter & the Law available to local resident associations for distribution to all the houses in the estate.
