LANDSCAPING ON NEW ROAD BUILD IN WEST TALLAGHT

The status of the proposed additional works to Bothar Katharine Tynan in the vicinity of Fettercairn / Cookstown junctions is as follows;

(i)                  Creepers to patterned wall;

The landscaping contractor has been instructed to plant the creepers. This work should be carried out in the next few weeks.

(ii)                Modifications to left-turn into Fettercairn Link Road off Bothar Katherine Tynan adjacent to Luas Station;

The Council's Consultant is currently having the proposed modifications to the left-turn priced, in conjunction with other small remedial works connected to this road scheme. It is expected that the works will be complete within the next two months, i.e., by the end of October 2013.
