That this Committee supports the taking in charge of Woodford Park Road and requests the Manager to present a report on same. 

REPORT:

The documentation for the taking in charge of the open spaces at Woodford Park Road has been received by the Council and it is being processed at present. The Council will continue to work with the developer to have the open spaces taken in charge at the earliest opportunity.
