Knockmeenagh Framework Plan

REPORT:

Further to the report, Headed Item (9),  provided to the Clondalkin Area Committee in May 2013, a revised Plan was submitted in accordance with the request that had issued from the Council following the display of the Plan and the Managers Report on the submissions.

As the Plan now accords with the Local Zoning Objective (LZO) 6 of the South Dublin County Development Plan 2010-2016 (which  seeks to facilitate development of housing to the rear of houses at Knockmeenagh Road, Clondalkin, with not more than one additional unit per existing cottage), and does so in a manner consistent with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, it is recommended that the Knockmeenagh Road Framework Plan should be adopted.
