PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF FEE SIMPLE: 4 HOMELAWN VILLAS AND 4A HOMELAWN VILLAS, TALLAGHT, DUBLIN 24 TO LIAM AND DIANE HENNESSY
The Council at its meeting held on 10th June 2013 resolved to dispose of fee simple in land at No 4 Homelawn Villas to Liam and Diane Hennessy.
The agreed terms (consideration of €426.62) were in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenants (Ground Rents) (No 2) Act 1978 and subject to the provisions of Section 183 of the Local Government Act 2001. Folio No 55767L referred.
The Council has become aware that the map relating to Folio 55767L County Dublin also shows an additional property of 4A Homelawn Villas and Mr & Mrs Hennessy have now applied to acquire by purchase the fee simple in the land comprising Folio 55767L namely 4 Homelawn Villas and 4A Homelawn Villas.
It is proposed in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No 2) Act, 1978 and subject to the provisions of Section 183 of the Local Government Act 2001 to dispose of the fee simple in the land listed hereunder.
