PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF THE PROPERTY AT 1 VERSCHOYLE PARK, SAGGART, CO. DUBLIN

South Dublin County Council proposes to dispose of its interest in a three bedroom semi-detached house at 1 Verschoyle Park, Saggart, Co. Dublin.

The property was placed for sale on the open market by Lowe and Associates Estate Agents in May 2013. The highest offer received was made by Ms. Gemma Collins, of 13 Rossmore Lawns, Templeogue, Dublin 6W in the sum of €215,000.00.

It is now proposed to dispose of the Council's interest in the property at 1 Verschoyle Park, Saggart, Co. Dublin to Ms. Gemma Collins, of 13 Rossmore Lawns, Templeogue, Dublin 6W for the sum of €215,000.00.

The consent of the Council to this disposal is sought in accordance with S88 of the Housing Act 1966 subject to the provisions of S183 of the Local Government Act 2001 as amended.
