QUESTION NO 2.

QUESTION: Councillor J. Hannon

"To ask the Manager to report on the completion and projected opening date, together with management arrangements, in respect of the Ballycragh Community Facility?"

REPLY:

It is anticipated that the construction of the community facility will be completed in September 2013 and that building will then be handed across to the local Management Committee/Company.

A Management Committee/Company has recently been formed comprising of a number of members of the existing Building Committee and other local community representatives. The Management Committee will be tasked and assisted to get the building fitted out and ready for operation, with the expected opening date to the public being later in the year.
