That the Manager present a report on the current status of the planning application for the HSE Clinic and Nursing Home on the Boot Road Site.   

REPORT:

With respect to application SD11A/0135. Permission was granted by An Bord Pleanála on 14^th December 2012 for the demolition of all buildings on site and construction of an integrated health care facility and nursing home at Boot Road Clondalkin. This permission was subject to 16 conditions. A number of conditions required the submission of further details. Two submissions have been received and considered by the Planning Authority.

At the time of reporting no commencement notice has been received for this development.
