MOTION NO. 4

MOTION: Councillor T. Delaney

That the Committee calls for remediation of the footpath and that the overgrown shrubbery is cut back along the footpath on New Nangor Road from the Ninth Lock Road junction on the canal side.

REPORT:

The footpath / cycletrack is generally in good condition east of the Ninth Lock Road. However the area engineer will inspect the site and arrange for any trip hazards to be removed. The Parks Department will be requested to carry out the appropriate maintenance on the shrubbery.
