QUESTION: Councillor E. Coburn

"To ask the Manager for an update on the status of the additional conditions placed on the planning permission requirements for Sancta Maria School following the decision of An Bord Pleanala to planning permission SD11A/0254 and to outline the consultation options available to interested parties?"

REPLY:

Planning permission was granted for the development by An Bord Pleanala on 13/08/2012 (Ref: SD11A/0254, PL 06S.240085) subject to twenty one conditions. The applicant/ developer has five years to enact a permission.  With respect to this particular permission, at the time of reporting, no commencement notice submitted. In respect of the nine conditions requiring further submissions no submissions have been received. In the event of the permission being enacted and submissions are made on foot of the relevant conditions their assessment is a matter solely for the Planning Authority and there are no further third party rights in respect of these conditions.
