MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Council serve notice and take action on the owners of the land adjacent to the roundabout at the Augustinians at Ballyboden and that once and for all it be cleaned up or declared a derelict site and appropriate action taken - I first raised this issue ten years ago and it is a blight on the area."

REPORT:

The site in question will be investigated under the Derelict Sites Act, 1990.  Following investigation, an assessment will be made as to the appropriate course of action to be taken.
