"That the Manager arrange to meet the affected residents of Pinewood Park regarding the recent sewerage spillage at Pinewood Park. The residents have evidence of previous problems with sewerage in the area and that the Manager submit a works plan to solve the problem."

REPORT:

The Drainage Maintenance Section have met with the residents of Pinewood Park and have dragged, cleaned and flushed the foul sewer line that was allegedly causing problems. The Drainage Maintenance Section has also undertaken to put a camera down this line to check for any abnormalities in this foul sewer line.
