"That the Manager would present at the meeting a report on the public consultation activities recently undertaken by the Planning Department on the future development of the Adamstown SDZ, including the facilitated events in Finnstown House Hotel."

Reports on this matter are the subject of a separate Headed Item for this Meeting.  The two reports relate to both the Adamstown SDZ review pre-plan consultation process as a whole and to the evening workshop meetings in Finnstown House Hotel, that were part of the pre-plan review process.
