"To ask the Manager for a further update on the processing of taking-in-charge of open space at the entrance to Rossberry, Tullyhall & Hayden's Park estate; and to confirm that all steps required from Council departments, such as preparation of maps for conveyancing, have been or are been completed without delay?"
REPLY:
The legal documentation in relation to the taking in charge of the area concerned is currently being examined. The inclusion of this area in the grass cutting schedule is subject to the legal documentation being in order. The Elected Members will be updated on progress in the matter. In the meantime, the developer is responsible for the maintenance of the areas until such time as it is taken in charge by the Council.
