QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the Manager for an update on the issue raised by Westbourne Lodge Residents Association at their meeting with Michael Hannon regarding fencing and planning compliance issues in respect of boundary treatment?"

REPLY:

This issue relates to compliance with permission for landscape work to be undertaken within a Club property adjacent to the open space in Westbourne Lodge and also to issues in relation to the railings separating the open space and the adjoining Club property.  This matter has been communicated in writing to the Club and a response to the issues is awaited.

The Elected Members will be updated on progress in the matter.
