MOTION: Councillor C. King

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the erection or installation of the barriers at 338 Cushlawn Park, Killinarden as was agreed back in the June of 2011 as there as continues to be an issue of unauthorised and illegal access of vehicles to the vast lands directly adjacent to the house which is causing a significant public safety issues and has resulted in the residents boundary wall to be demolished on more than one occassion". 

REPORT:

A contractor has now been appointed to install the bollards at this location. It is proposed to carry out the work within the next week or so.
