That this Committee discuss the status of the Whitehall-Wellington cycle scheme in light of concerns expressed by the NTA.

REPORT:

In the light of the concerns expressed by the NTA,  the design of the scheme is being developed in consultation with the NTA and the members will be informed of the outcome.
