Update on Stockingwell

Following discussions at this committee on the management of Stocking Well Wood and especially the Voluntary Housing portion of the estate, meetings were held with both the Residents of the estate and the Circle Housing.

The matters that were addressed at both meetings covered Anti Social Behaviour and the delivery of Estate Management Services as well as the Management Committee.

Both the residents and Circle Housing have expressed a commitment to work together to improve the overall estate but to date it has proven difficult to get the 2 groups to actually engage fully on the ground.  

I have agreed to convene a meeting of the Residents and Circle Housing in the coming weeks with a view to commencing such a working relationship.
