QUESTION NO. 11
QUESTION: Councillor A.M. Dermody
"To ask the Manager to consider the provision of double yellow lines along the entrance to Lansdowne Park, there are two entrances to Lansdowne Park, for the avoidance of doubt, the entrance to which I refer is the one nearest the Esso Petrol Station. The Council some months back put in place a wider ramp which extend into Lansdowne Park, there is a car continuously parked at the point where the ramp ends in Lansdowne and is causing both confusion and chaos for residents and other road users. The provision of double yellow lines at this junction would eliminate this?"
REPLY:
The matter will be investigated and a report will be presented to the next Traffic Management Meeting on the 23rd May.
