a)  UNAUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT 2012

Section 108 of the Local Government Act 2001 requires that as soon as practicable after the preparation of the annual financial statement, such statement shall be made available to each member of the local authority and considered at the next meeting of the authority.

The draft Annual Financial Statement for 2012 was presented to the Members at the Organisation, Procedure & Finance Committee at the meeting held on 21st March 2013.  The draft Annual Financial Statement for 2012  and can be viewed at the following link:
