SDZ13A/0001 Reg. Date: 15-Feb-2013 Applicant’s Name: Castlehorn Construction Submission Type: New Application         Location: Adamstown Castle, Lucan, Co. Dublin. Proposed Development: 11 no. two storey 3 bed houses, each c.107sq.m in gross floor area with a maximum ridge height of c.8.8 metres, in lieu of 10 no. three storey 4 bed houses as permitted under Planning Reg. Ref. The site measuring c. 0.23 hectares is located in Adamstown Castle and is bounded to the north by an existing pedestrian route to the front of Giraffe Creche, to the south by an existing surface car park, to the east by the mixed use Sentinel block and its associated landscaped podium over basement car park and to the west by Castlegate Grange and Adamstown Castle Educate Together National School.
