Planning permission was granted on 14/6/2011 for an extension to the duration of the planning permission ref. SD/05A/0274-EP up to and including 4th August, 2016.
This permission provides for the development of 73 residential units at lands south of Tullyhall and north of old Dublin /Cork Railway Line, Esker South, Lucan.
No commencement notice has yet been served on foot of this extended planning permission. There is currently no enforcement action open under the Planning code.
However, arrangements are being made to have the site inspected pursuant to the provisions of the Derelict Sites Act l990; following which a further report will be submitted to thie Committee.
