"To ask the Manager for feedback as to the effect of the re-opening of Ballyroan library on traffic in the area?"

REPLY:

The library opened on the 18th february and it is too soon to determine if traffic patterns have settled down. The situation will be kept under review and a report will be presented at the next Traffic Management Meeting on 21st March 2013
