Cathaoirleach’s Business

"That the Manager install railings on the walls surrounding house 26B Whitechurch Park to stop youths using it as a shortcut to the shops. Similar works have already been done to other infill housing in the area."

REPORT:

No official complaints have been received from the tenant of the above unit, or indeed from the tenant in the adjoining unit in relation to this matter, or of any issues with anti social behaviour here.   The Council's Estate Management team are aware of this location and visited it as recently as today (28th February).  They report that there is no evidence to suggest that this garden (or the adjoining garden) is being used as a shortcut.   

If the tenant would like to meet with the team and discuss the matter further we would be more than happy to meet with her.
