SD13A/0016	Reg. Date: 07-Feb-2013 Applicant’s Name: Lidl Ireland Gmbh Submission Type: New Application	Location: Former Metal Powders International Site, Old Blessington Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24. Proposed Development: Revisions/modifications to part of previously permitted mixed use development (Reg. Ref. SD11A/0027; ABP Ref. PL06S.238834) which involves:  replacing permitted Blocks E and F (both 4 storey buildings, totalling 9,332sq.m. gross floor area) with a new 4 storey over basement office building (Block E) comprising 7,649sq.m. gross floor area (reducing the permitted gross floor area by 1,683sq.m.); basement parking is provided accommodating a total of 71 no. spaces. 13 no. visitor and 107 no. staff parking spaces are provided at surface level;  permission is also sought for modifications to landscaped open space area, boundary treatment and all associated ancillary site and development works;  no changes are proposed to the previously permitted vehicular access/egress arrangements from the Blessington Road.
