 Item 1        Confirmation of September 2012 Meeting held on September 2012

The minutes of the last meeting were proposed by Cllr Cosgrave and seconded by Cllr O’Connell

Item 2        Presentation from Harambee - Mukuru Education Fund.

Mr Brian McCormack sent his apologies for not being able to make his presentation to the meeting.  E. O’Gorman asked that the item be deffered to the next meeting.

It was agreed to defer the presentation until the next meeting.

Item 2        South Dublin County Council Draft Arts Development Strategy 2011-2015

Art Officer, Orla Scannell delivered a report on the Draft Arts Development Plan.

The report focused on:- 

·         Consultation process

·         Presentation of the plan to the SPC

·         Implementation plan

·         Request for approval of the Plan 

Cllr Cosgrave thanked Ms Scannell for her updated report. 

It was NOTED that the South Dublin County Council Arts Development Plan 2011- 2015 would now be submitted as a Headed Item to the next Council meeting for approval.
