Cathaoirleach’s Business

"That the Environment Department give an update on the site visit to the yard and sheds next to house “Crosty” at Cruagh."

REPORT:

At the December Rathfarnham ACM it was agreed that the Council would write to the owners of the above site to request them to kindly keep the site in good order. Details of the owners of the site have now been received and a letter has been issued to the owners in this regard. As already reported, this site is deemed non-derelict within the meaning of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990.
