"To ask the Manager to resolve the dangerous footpath conditions caused by water in wet and icy weather draining from the school playground behind Pearse Bro. Pk. onto the footpath beside 40 Pearse Bro. Pk.?"

REPLY:

Roads Department have no record of a complaint in relation to water draining from the laneway adjacent to 40 Pearse Brothers Park, however the area will be monitored during the next spell of wet weather. It is noted that the Scoil Mhuire premises is not adjacent to 40 Pearse Brothers Park but has its entrance off Glenmore Court.
