MOTION: Councillor P. Kearns

That this Committee calls on the Manager to address this issue as a matter of urgency. The walkway between Rossmore Crescent and Rossmore Lawns  (beside St Michaels house) is overgrown with moss and grass. This area is used as a short cut by the clients in St Michaels and their carers and is presenting a serious health and safety risk to their well being. Could you please arrange to have it cleaned up as soon as possible.

REPORT:

The Council will arrange to undertake remedial works in this area to remove any danger to pedestrians and particularly to the clients of St Michael’s House.
