MOTION NO. 2

MOTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

"That this Area Committee requests the Manager to prepare a scheme to replace the pallisade fencing at the Grange Castle Road/Foxhunter off-ramp junction, so as to improve the visual attractiveness of this key 'gateway' to Lucan."

REPORT:

The Council have no plans or funding in place at present to replace the pallisade fencing at the location referred to in the motion. The type of pallisade fencing in place is a standard boundary treatment used in road schemes. The Council will remain open to opportunities to upgrade the fencing at the location should any arise.
