QUESTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

"To ask the Manager to provide a further report on the taking-in-charge of both Larkfield and Mount Bellew estates?"

REPLY:

The CCTV of that section of sewer repaired in Mount Bellew is due to take place before the end of January 2013. This is the latest commitment given by the developer.

The damaged plaster to the side boundary wall at Larkfield Rise is scheduled to be repaired in the coming week according to the developer.

Finally, issues relating to wayleaves are being resolved between our respective legal departments.

I am confident that these two schemes will be included in our next advertisement for TIC if the above commitments are honoured.
