MOTION: Councillor G. O'Connell

"That this Area Committee commends the Council Management for their ongoing efforts in association with the Palmerston Community Council to secure the former HSE premises in Manor Road for Community use and to ask for an update on the position." 

REPORT:

This matter is with the Valuer at prersent and an appropriate report will be brought before the Council to facilitate the handover of the premises to the Community Council at Palmerston.
