QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

"To ask the Manager if she can inform the Committee how much has been expended by the Council so far in 2012 on the repair and refurbishment of footpaths in the Lucan Electoral Area?"

REPLY:

An amount of €220,000 was expended on footpath repair and replacement north of the Naas Road. A significant portion of this amount was within the Lucan Electoral area. In addition to this, a number of individual footpath bays were repaired by the SDCC direct labour crews.
