The works commenced in October 2012 and the expected completion date is in the third quarter of 2013.
SOCIAL HOUSING LEASING INITIATIVE
As at 1/12/12 a total of 166 privately owned properties have been procured county wide under lease arrangements and the properties made available for tenanting by persons on the social housing waiting list.
- 7 of these properties are in the Rathfarnham electoral area
A further 16 cases are in process county wide
