QUESTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

"To ask the Manager for a further detailed update on the taking charge of Larkfield & Mount Bellew estates, both which were developed by the same developer?"

REPLY:

The repairs took place on Tuesday 6 Nov 2012.  We await a submission of a new CCTV survey of this line in order to prove that the repair has been successful.  Subject to a satisfactory CCTV report, we will advertise for Taking In Charge.
