"That the Manager give an update on what progress the Planning Department has made with the receiver of Stockingwood Well apartments regard the taking down of the hoarding on the site."

REPORT:

Planning reference SD04A/0393 and PL06S.212191 refer. The expiry date of this permission is in 2015. Accordingly, the Developer/Receiver is obliged to manage the scheme from a Health and Safety point of view only while construction works are suspended. The Receiver has indicated that they have carried out repair works to the hoarding on 2nd December 2012. We would be very happy to see progress on this development and hope that recent progress on the Stocking Wood side of this Development is an indication of what may happen on the hoarded section of Stocking Well.
