"That the Manager give an update of the Knocklyon Road re-alignment to take into account safety at the Knockcullen/Ashton Knocklyon Road junction and could the Manager set out a plan for this unsafe junction in the short term and report back to this Committee of those plans."

REPORT:

The Knocklyon Road Realignment Scheme has been deferred pending the identification of funding. To date, no funding has been made available to carry out any temporary works as part of or in advance of the scheme, in relation to the Knockcullen/Ashton Knocklyon Road junction.
