Re: Small Builders Scheme - Proposed Disposal of Fee Simple Interest at 12 Balrothery Estate
Dublin 24.
It is proposed in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No. 2) Act, 1978 and subject to the provisions of Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 to dispose of the fee simple interest in the site listed hereunder to William Byrne and Rep. of Pauline Byrne (Deceased) to whom the site has been leased under the terms of the Council’s Small Builders Scheme. William Byrne and Rep. of Pauline Byrne (Deceased) has applied in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No. 2) Act, 1978 to acquire the fee simple interest in the property. The Ground Rent payable is €19.04 per annum.
