"That this Committee thanks the Manager for the work done by officials to bring to a conclusion the Taking-in-Charge of the piece of land/roadside verge between the Roundabout on Griffeen Avenue and the entrances to Hayden's Park, Rossberry and Tullyhall Estates and requests that an update Report be presented at the Area Committee Meeting."

REPORT:

Whilst there has been considerable progress made on this issue it is not yet concluded.  Nevertheless, documents in relation to the Deed of Transfer for the Rossberry/Tullyhall area have been received from the developer.  The solicitors acting for the developer have been requested to supply additional material in order for the processing of the Deed of Transfer to take place and it is expected that these will be provided shortly.
