MOTION: Councillor M. Duff

That this Committee calls on the Manager to carry out an immediate inspection of the footpaths in Castle Park, Tallaght, particularly and including the cul de sac from * Address Supplied. The Castle Park area has a large number of senior citizens resident there and the state of the footpaths present a danger to their wellbeing.

REPORT:

The footpaths will be inspected as requested. Any necessary repairs will be included in the 2013 works programme for approval
