To ask the Manager how many horses have been impounded per year from 2009 - 2012? How much has this cost the Council and how much has been received in fines from horse owners?
REPLY:
The following table demonstrates the numbers of horses impounded in the period 2009-2012, the cost of the service to SDCC and monies generated through enforcement of the Control of Horses Act l996.
