HOUSING CONSTRUCTION

1. Schemes in progress

 Refurbishment works at Pearse Brothers Park / Palmers Park

The works commenced in October 2012 and the expected completion date is in the third quarter  of 2013.

SOCIAL HOUSING LEASING INITIATIVE

As at 1/11/12 a total of 160 privately owned properties have been procured County wide under lease arrangements and the properties made available for tenanting by persons on the social housing waiting list.

• 7 of these properties are in the Rathfarnham electoral area.

A further 22 cases are in process County wide

• 1 is in the Rathfarnham electoral area.
