INDOOR COMMUNITY SPACE IN LUCAN

The research into the need and availability of potential indoor community space in the Lucan area has been ongoing for the last few weeks and is nearing completion. Community Department staff members have visited a number of premises and have met with various groups and also with the owners / proprietors.

The facilities are being examined with particular reference to the groups identified by the elected member. This includes the Griffeen Community Development Group.

When the report is complete, it will be presented to the Area Committee and it is expected that it will be available for  the November meeting.
