MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager address the issue of non-residential parking at Woodview Cottages."

REPORT:

The residents of Woodview Cottages were surveyed in April 2011 for their preference regarding the commencement of controlled parking including residents’ permits.  The result of the survey was not in favour of controlled parking.  It is likely that under controlled parking that the number of residents cars will fully utilise all available space and the impact would be marginal.
