"That the Manager review the replacement of existing front room windows with Patio doors at the Palmer Park Flats refurbishment.   It is believed this would cause fear to the residents."

REPORT:

The Council has met with the tenant of the only occupied flat of Palmer Park Flats and agreed following these discussions to modify it's original plans and not include a Patio door to the front at this address.  We are currently examining the remainder of the units to see if changes are required to them.
