QUESTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

"To ask the Manager to have the trees outside house 35 The Crescent, Boden Park included in the tree removal program?"

REPLY:

The tree at 35 The Crescent, Boden Park is not included in the current 2012 Arboricultural Works Programme which was presented to, and noted by, the Elected Members at the Rathfarnham Area Committee Meeting on the 5^th December 2011.

It will be inspected and if necessary included in the 2013 programme, subject to the availability of the resources to undertake the necessary works.
