Social Housing Leasing Initiative

As at 1/10/12, a total of 156 privately owned properties have been procured county wide under lease arrangements and the properties made available for tenanting by persons on the social housing waiting list, 7 of these properties are in the Rathfarnham electoral area. A further 27 cases are in process county wide of which 2 are in the Rathfarnham electoral area.
