The Housing Construction and Procurement Report

Social Housing Leasing Initiative

As at 1/9/12, a total of 153 privately owned properties have been procured county wide under lease arrangementa and the properties made available for tenanting by persons on the Council's housing waiting list. 36 of these properties are in the Lucan area. A further 27 cases are currently in process of which 3 are in the Lucan area.
